The organising committee extends a warm invitation to you to attend the Third International Congress on Complementary Medicine Research (ICCMR) to be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney, NSW from 29 - 31 March, 2008.

ICCMR will be a dynamic and engaging conference that focuses on bringing together the expertise and experiences of researchers and practitioners from around the globe in the area of complementary medicine.

The Congress program offers Complementary Medicine researchers, scientists, educators, practitioners, policy makers and economists a wide choice of clinical, research, management, educational and well being topics. Main themes of the Congress include evidence-based research topics in women’s and children health, cancer management, aged care, pain relief or more. In addition, topics of health and energy, inflammatory conditions, endocrinological / metabolic disorders, Chinese medicine, Kampo medicine, Korean medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, and other traditional therapies. Research activities from around the world will be shared and evidence and recommendations for further research will be defined.

Practical solutions and learnings will be pooled and discussed in terms of current complementary medicine practice through to implementation, evaluation and sustainability issues.
